This chill and relaxing class is a time of self-care and balance. Ease into a mellow, yin inspired experience that focuses on stretching, fascial release, spinal mobility, self-massage, and ball rolling. It’s the perfect opportunity to rest and reconnect with yourself, honouring what your body needs to rest and recover from busy days and hard workouts. Like many of the classes at Jaybird, this non-traditional practice is done by candlelight in a dark infrared heated room, and fuelled by good loud music.
